Dixie State College of Utah has lately begun a pilot program that offers free download of two most outstanding online math tutorials and courses. The course also includes notes, exams and several important subject related resources. Again you do not have to register for these courses.

Carnegie Mellon University (cmu.edu)

This is one of the top most universities in the US. The Carnegie Melon University offers a single online math course called the Statistics Course.

This free Statistics Course is also available for download and you can study through Carnegie Mellon’s Open Learning Initiative. This is comparable to a full semester course, which is currently being taught on the University campus. The material includes test, virtual simulations, text, interactive learning and other resources.
